At A&G Garage Group we fully understand the very fact that you have been involved in a road traffic collision can be a very stressful time. Even a small car park or driveway mishap can cause you more stress than a mechanical issue.
A&G Garage Group is a member of the AA Network, so wherever you are when the unthinkable happens, we are on hand to whatever the situation requires via one of our nationwide centres. If you are a Member of the AA they will recover your vehicle to the repair centre. But don’t worry if you are not and AA member, Your Vehicle can still be recovered on one of our own vehicles.
We can provide free estimates for all repairs from major accident damage to smart repairs on small dent and scratches, we even repair and refurbish alloys wheels. If you are unable to drive your vehicle, our courtesy cars will keep you driving. We have a range of courtesy vehicles from small cars up to large vans.
A&G Garage Group can now also provide your replacement vehicle in the event of a total loss. We have partnered with some of the best loved Vehicle badges in the UK to provide your brand new vehicle covered by your insurer.
What happens when I have an accident?
, we will advise the best course of action and can usually deal with the insurance if the accident is not your fault. If the terms of your insurance cover you for a courtesy car we will bring this to you when we collect your vehicle. If your vehicle is not driveable we can usually recover it within 48 hours.
How would I get a quote on the repairs?
Once we have your vehicle on site an estimate is done and sent via Internet, fax or phone call on the same day. We would normally expect to receive a reply either authorising repairs, or deeming the vehicle a total loss, within 48 hours.
We can also provide a quote on a drive in or mobile basis for minor work and smart repairs.
What if my vehicle is deemed to be a total loss?
If your vehicle is deemed a total loss we would not be required to supply a courtesy car and your insurer will then seek to replace your vehicle, this is where you can the opt to source your new replacement vehicle via our own replacement service. We have partnered with some great brands so there is a fantastic choice for your new car or van.
If your car is still drivable we can do a mobile estimate so you can continue to use your car whilst this process is being undertaken. Your insurance company will then contact you direct.
What happen next?
Once the repairs are completed we will contact you to arrange the return of your vehicle. Any excess payment required will be collected at this time, although we currently offer £50 off your excess, which means you keep more money in your pocket.
